THE FRIENDS REQUEST BOOK DONATIONS
The Friends of the Rosenberg Library maintains the Friends Book Shop which is open during regular library hours and is located on the second floor of the library. The Shop offers donated books for sale that have been gently used and in nearly new condition. Friends also holds an Annual Used Book Sale in the Fall that, throughout the years, has become an anticipated event in the community.. All book sale profits are dedicated to the library’s circulating materials, such as books, CDs, DVDs, etc., that may be checked-out by library patrons. Friends relies on the generosity of its community friends to supply the gently used books for both sales, but most especially for the year-round sale in the Friends Book Shop.

In 2012, the Friends Annual Book Sale and the Friends Book Shop earnings totaled $21,174.78. With your generous support in 2013, we will better that figure.
OUR CURRENT BOOK NEEDS: NON-FICTION
The non-fiction book inventory of the FRIENDS BOOK SHOP is running very low in the following categories; American history, world history, biographies, cookbooks, interior design, and self-help. Please help support the library with your used book donations. Your support provides funds to buy more new books and materials for the library.
EASY STEPS TO DONATE YOUR BOOKS
If you have less than 8 books to donate you may pack them in a bag; however, if you have more than 8 books to donate, please put them in a box for delivery. Bring your donation to the double doors in the alley behind the library. When you arrive at the library, please call 763-8854 and a member of the staff will unload the books.
