Statement of Purpose and Mission |

"Its purpose shall be to encourage and support a continuing growth and development of public library services and to facilitate said purpose; to provide books, equipment and related materials for Rosenberg Library; to educate the general public on the importance of the library services provided by Rosenberg Library as a cultural and educational asset in Galveston County, Texas."
